Base integration remains a proposal

Stablewatch proposed an Osero upgrade on Sky’s governance forum on November 5 to connect its Ethereum mainnet and Base liquidity layers through Circle CCTP. The proposal would also onboard the Osero x Gauntlet USDC Prime Vault (ogUSDCb) on Base.[1]

The proposal targets execution on November 19, with a governance poll on related Atlas amendments scheduled to start on November 9. Execution still requires Sky Core governance approval, module registration and expiry of the governance delay. The proposal says some contracts and the vault were deployed on November 3–4; the cross-chain liquidity integration has not yet been activated.[1]
