  • Conversion to Ethereum ZETA is planned for December 7–10 at approximately 1:1, with no conversion transaction fees.

Original-token services stop December 7

Coinbase Assets said at 16:51 UTC on November 6 that ZETACHAIN order books had moved to limit-only mode. The platform plans to convert ZETACHAIN into ZETA on Ethereum from December 7–10, 2026. ZETACHAIN trading, sends and receives will be disabled from December 7.[1][2]

The conversion rate is approximately one ZETACHAIN for one ZETA, with no associated transaction fees. Holders who wish to opt out must transfer their tokens to a compatible self-custody wallet before December 7. Existing Ethereum ZETA is unaffected, and Coinbase will maintain support and trading. Coinbase warned that ZETACHAIN sent to its deposit addresses over the ZetaChain network on or after December 7 will not be recoverable.[3][4]
