Preliminary bond filing

Meta filed a preliminary prospectus supplement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, listing five series of dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes. Amounts, interest rates and maturity dates remain blank. Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are the joint book-running managers.[1][2]

Meta said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and may launch a euro-denominated bond offering around the same time. The euro offering is not certain to launch or close, and neither offering's settlement depends on the other.[1]
